This custom build became the benchmark for crafting our current vision. The original 1,800 SF home was taken down to the studs and completely re-imagined from the ground up. Over 1,000 SF of living space was added to the existing space. The large backyard was reassessed and the pool was moved to provide better usability of the grounds. A brand new interior was conceived, and resituated the main living space of the home, allowing for a private-feel Master retreat and large bedrooms and guest quarters. Brand new sewer lines were added, the roofline was raised. Spray-foam insulation now enveloped the home for energy efficiency. Brand new wiring was pulled throughout the home with outlets for current and future needs. This home represented the first time we brought a product to central Scottsdale only previously available in Arcadia.
