Restoration 85 is known in our community for creating bespoke living spaces that embrace everything there is to love about Park Scottsdale.
A booming post-war development, Park Scottsdale was built spanning the 1960's. At the base of the Arizona Canal, these 1600-1900 SF suburban homes were built for a 'typical' young family on lot sizes much larger than the national average. While these Park Scottsdale neighborhoods are still desirable, the small, aging homes are outdated.

MEET OWNER/PROJECT MANAGER TOM GRAZIANO.
What started as a hobby became the inspiration for Restoration 85. About twenty years ago, Tom fell into fixing up rental properties and quickly started noticing trends. In what way are people living in these homes? How are they using the space? What are they looking for? And more importantly, what is breaking down?
Many years and properties later, Tom has taken his hands-on experience and has incorporated this knowledge into every home he builds. Tom is driven by the underlying question of 'What would I want if I were going to live here?' He integrates a little bit of Louis Sullivan's old adage of 'form follows function' and adds some Frank Lloyd Wright by focusing on how a space connects and enriches the lives of those inside. Then he brings it into the here and now; making it work for today's requirements and tomorrow's innovations.
So, where can you find Tom? He's usually running between home sites, meeting with vendors and suppliers, checking the day's progress, or searching for that perfect piece to cap a project.
MEET OFFICE MANAGER ANTHONY GRAZIANO.
You could say the love for this industry runs in the family! Anthony's had his hands in his fair share of investment properties, renovations, and rebuilds, and is a natural fit at Restoration 85. His inquisitive nature and dedication to process allows him to keep the office-side of each project moving forward, and has implemented some time (and sanity!) saving systems along the way. He is the go-to guy if you need, well, just about anything!
