Restoration 85 is a custom home builder that creates unique, bespoke homes to take today's lifestyle into the future.  

Aesthetically, we thoughtfully consider the space of each new project to not only craft a well thought out interior, but to bring the outside in. We embrace the best of what is outside the walls by placing windows and balconies just right to capture views, light, shade, and breezes and by creating comfortable outside living spaces that incorporate beautifully with the flow of the home inside. 

While our craftsmanship is second to none, we always strive for perfection. The guts and systems of every Restoration 85 home is built to exceed today's codes and standards. Each project uses 2x4 and 2x6 construction and 7/8" roof decking. We replace the old water pipes that serviced the home and install new ABS pipe from the city's water main to the home. We incorporate SMART technology including thermostats, doorbells, garage doors and more. We ensure high-efficiency with top of the line, properly sized HVAC systems, spray foam insulation throughout, high-end dual pane windows and glass doors, and timer-led landscape with low water usage fixtures.

Restoration 85 finishes are second to none. This is the fun stuff! On the interior, we install beautiful, oversized windows, and extended sized patio doors. We capture all the views, let in the light, and keep out the heat (or chill)! Each home is appointed with top-of-the-line appliances that fit the space and the layout. 36" or 48" professional-style gas ranges are not out of place, nor are 6' built-in refrigerators and built-in wine coolers. We use Kohler and Price Pfister kitchen and bath fixtures. We choose real wood, wide-plank wood flooring, tile, and wall treatments for each room specifically. Each home is uniquely fitted with restored pieces scouted and sourced individually. Things like vintage lockers, antique refinished glass panel doors, and more. The exteriors proudly boast extended height patios and garages, grand entry porticos, welcoming courtyards, stucco and custom brick-work on each exterior, paver drives, and more.
