BOOKKEEPER

RESTORATION 85 IS LOOKING FOR A SEASONED BOOKKEEPER WITH CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE!

JOB DETAILS

• SALARY: Starting at $45,000/annually

• JOB TYPE: Full-Time, in office position

• BENEFITS: 2-weeks PTO, regular reviews, opportunities for advancement

• Experience with construction accounting

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide necessary financial support to ensure successful execution and completion of our projects. This role will work directly with the Project Manager, Office Manager, and Corporate Accounting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and project financials, as well as other duties in a growing office. The bookkeeper will work closely with all members of the team.

EXPERIENCE

• Accounting Experience required

• Project Accounting desired

• Construction Industry desired

• BuilderTrend Experience desired, or willingness to learn

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Prepare, revise, and submit client invoices and supporting documentation

• Monitor accounts receivable and support collection of payments

• Lien management

• Review project expenditures for accuracy

• Creation and analysis of financial reports

• Assistance with strategic planning/forecasting of project financials

• Support operations staff

• Review owner contracts to understand accounting requirements

HERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE OR BE REALLY GOOD AT:

• Two or more years of experience, preferably with construction industry background

• The ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues

• Proficient computer skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft products

• BuilderTrend experience a plus
